Job summary

St. Davids South Austin Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Multi Modality Technologist to perform procedures across modalities for patients from newborn to adult.

The role emphasizes independent operation, quality patient care, and adherence to professional standards. Ideal candidates are ARRT-registered with current certification and CE compliance, with BLS, and have completed AMA-approved radiologic technology programs.

Qualifications

• Registered technologist with ARRT certification (R) and CE compliance.
• ARRT (VI), (CV), or (MRI) certification within one year of cross-training start date.
• ARRT (CT) certification within six months of cross-training start date.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Graduate of AMA-approved school of radiologic technology.
• Two years of previous diagnostic experience in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures across modalities with patients from newborn to late adulthood.
• Communicates effectively and works independently to provide quality patient care.
• Maintains and supports facility technical and documentation expectations per JCAHO standards.
• Demonstrates independent critical thinking and accountability for personal and team contributions.
