St. David's South Austin Medical Center is seeking a PRN Multi Modality Technologist. The role requires cross-training mastery across modalities and independent work in procedures for patients from newborn to late adulthood.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification with CE compliance; ARRT (VI), (CV), or (MRI) certification within 1 year of cross-training start date
• ARRT (CT) certification within six (6) months of cross-training start date
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
• Graduate of AMA-approved school of radiologic technology
• Two years of previous diagnostic experience in an acute care facility

Responsibilities

• Performs cross-training knowledgeable procedures across modalities
• Communicates and works independently in performing procedures on patients from newborn to late adulthood
• Prioritizes and promotes quality patient care consistent with JCAHO standards
• Demonstrates independent critical thinking and accountability for personal and team contributions

Education

AMA-approved school of radiologic technology

ARRT certification (R)/CE compliance
