Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Technologist to operate all diagnostic radiology equipment in the Cath Lab and related rooms. You will perform imaging across multiple modalities and ensure high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure through correct technique and collaboration with physicians.

candidates must hold a CA CRT license with fluoroscopy and ideally ARRT; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology.
• Current California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license with fluoroscopy licensure required.
• ARRT license preferred.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic radiology equipment in the Cath Lab, Fluoroscopy, portable and DR rooms.
• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures with attention to body habitus and correct positioning to minimize patient radiation exposure.
• Interface with physicians and review orders to produce high-quality images and maintain safety standards.
