Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to operate the Cath Lab, fluoroscopy, and related imaging equipment. The role includes performing diagnostic radiology procedures and supporting additional modalities as needed to deliver high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure.

Required are a radiology diploma, California CRT license with fluoroscopy, BLS, CPI within 30 days of hire, and ARRT preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology.
• Current California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license with fluoroscopy licensure required.
• Current American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• CPI required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate all diagnostic radiology equipment in the Cath Lab (fluoroscopy room, portable, DR).
• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures with appropriate equipment.
• Possess ability to work in two other modalities (CT, MR, IR) in addition to Diagnostic Radiology.
• Review physician orders and clinical data to produce high-quality images.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
