Job summary

Valley Regional Hospital is seeking a multi-modality Radiology Technologist to perform radiography and CT imaging. You will prep, screen, and position patients, obtain diagnostic images, and explain procedures appropriately for all ages, ensuring patient safety and care quality.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT radiography registration, CTA certification, current BCLS, and have about 2 years of experience; the facility offers strong total compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiography and CTA certification.
• Current BCLS certification.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep and screen patients for imaging procedures.
• Produce diagnostic images for radiographic and CT use.
• Explain radiologic procedures with age-appropriate communication.
• Assess patient pain and coordinate physician intervention when needed.
• Perform patient care with emphasis on safety and error reduction.
