Job summary

Shelby Hospital, part of OhioHealth, is seeking a casual (PRN) multi-modality radiology technologist to work in diagnostics and CT. The role requires ARRT registration, Ohio license, and CT experience; candidate may also rotate through Ashland and Ontario EDs. The technologist must perform procedures in more than one modality and uphold radiation safety standards.

Graduate of an accredited radiography program with ARRT registration is required. Work shift: variable, as needed, Diagnostics.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered radiologic technologist with CT experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio; ARRT registration current.
• Graduate from an accredited radiography program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine radiographic studies in diagnostics.
• Perform fluoroscopic studies and maintain proficiency in multiple modalities.
• Provide radiation safety for operator and patient.
• Position patients according to procedures and department policy.
