Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform fusion imaging procedures including diagnostic nuclear medicine.
• Maintain and ensure the safety of radiation practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.

Skills

Knowledge of contrast media and drug interactions

Excellent venipuncture techniques

Ability to troubleshoot imaging systems

Knowledge of unique scanning parameters

Patient care during procedures

Education

Certification in nuclear medicine technology

Completion of a recognized nuclear medicine program
