Job summary

The multimodality technologist at Baptist Health South Florida rotates in Radiology across CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography and other modalities, joining an on-call schedule where required. Florida licensure and ARRT/ARDMS/CCI certifications are expected, with at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold applicable Florida licensure and ARRT/ARDMS/CCI certifications.
• Graduate of AMA approved program with multiple modality certifications.
• Six months to 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.
• Recent graduates may be considered.
• Registration or certification as required by Baptist Health South Florida.

Responsibilities

• The multimodality technologist rotates in 2+ modalities and participates in on-call schedules.
• Perform imaging studies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 modalities as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort during exams.
