Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist qualified to perform at least two MRI, CT, diagnostic, US, IR, Radiation Therapy, Mammography or Nuclear Medicine procedures. The role requires flexibility to work in multiple modalities and provide on-call coverage as needed for patient-centered care.

The technologist will uphold the standard of practice of a registered technologist and support additional modalities routinely.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiographic procedures and practices.
• Communicates exams/procedures to patients.
• Maintain competency in a minimum of two modalities.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Credentialed, certified, or licensed in at least two radiology modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for modalities as needed.
• Support the second or additional modalities on a routine basis.
