Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks a Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist to perform DR plain film x-ray and multiple modalities (MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI) across Imaging Services locations. You will educate patients and support quality assessment under supervision of the Imaging Manager.

Qualified candidates hold a radiography license, ARRT(R) and ODH licensure, with at least one year in two advanced modalities or current advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed radiography professional with ARRT(R) certification.
• ODH radiography licensure required.
• At least 1 year experience in two advanced imaging modalities (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) or hold advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform DR plain film x-ray and MR, ULS, CT, CI or VI as assigned.
• Provide patient education and contribute to quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division.
• Work at multiple imaging sites as needed (University Hospital, East Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital and Ambulatory Imaging locations).

Technologists will be required to provide patient education and quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager and/or Associate Director. This position may include the same activities at any of our Imaging Sites.**Minimum Qualifications**For Hire: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required.
