Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist to perform DR plain film X-ray and contribute across MR, CT, ULS, CI, or VI modalities. You will educate patients and support quality-assurance activities under supervision of the Imaging Manager and Associate Director.

Candidates must hold a current Radiography license, ARRT (R), ODH licensure, and have at least 1 year of experience in two or more advanced modalities or possess current advanced

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of Imaging Manager/Associate Director and maintain safety standards.

Job description

The Multi-modality position applies in all locations where Imaging Services are provided: University Hospital, East Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations.

Position Summary

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist will be required to perform DR plain film x-ray and two or all of the following modalities: MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI. Technologists will be required to provide patient education and quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager and/or Associate Director. This position may include the same activities at any of our Imaging Sites.

Minimum Qualifications

For Hire: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH licensure required. Minimum of one year experience in at least 2 advanced modalities (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) or current advanced certifications (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) required.
