Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a manufacturing technician to operate diverse machinery and handle materials safely. You’ll run gag straightening, demagnetizing, furnaces, shot blasting, saws, and crane systems, with attention to quality and calibration.

The role requires moving heavy loads with forklift or crane, maintaining records, and adhering to shutdown procedures under 2nd and 3rd shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery and lifting gear.
• Ability to read calipers, gauges and measurements accurately.
• Commitment to safety, quality and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machines including gag straightening and furnaces.
• Move material using forklift, Combi Lift or crane with accuracy.
• Maintain production records and perform SPC and quality checks.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report issues to supervision.
• Follow start-up, setup, and shutdown instructions and lockout-tagout.
