Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Machine Operator 3 to oversee the operation of multiple machines, set up equipment per SOPs, and enforce quality standards.

You'll train and mentor other operators, participate in process improvements, and ensure safety, accurate documentation, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 40 pounds is required, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing operating complex machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up multiple machines per SOPs.
• Identify malfunctions and report minor repairs.
• Inspect machines and support preventative maintenance.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Train and mentor other machine operators.
• Assist with process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Load and unload materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and document production logs.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication).
• Participate in process improvements and recommend changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
