Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, helping customers determine storage needs and selling packing supplies. You will perform daily inspections and manage payments and deposits as part of a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between properties using your own vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail or restaurant.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently at multiple locations and spend time outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
