Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and may upsell packing and moving supplies.

Daily duties include unit inspections, cash handling, payments reminders, and traveling between sites with mileage reimbursement. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Candidates from customer service or sales backgrounds are encouraged.

Formación

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Ability to assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer storage needs and make product recommendations.
• Sell packing and moving supplies to customers.
• Perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and send reminders as needed.
