RADIANT ASSET MANAGEMENT OF FLORIDA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 60-unit apartment community in Hudson, Florida. You will perform routine maintenance, complete work orders via our smartphone app, and ensure quality workmanship for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfort using a smartphone and mobile apps for work orders.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, including appliances.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a personal cell phone.
• Basic HVAC service and diagnostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and routine maintenance promptly and to a high standard.
• Log completed work orders in our smartphone-based service app.
• Perform unit inspections, punch-out work, and preventative maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors for unit turns, rehabs, and special projects.
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents and vendors.
• Help manage maintenance expenses and stay within budget.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Meet with third-party inspectors (insurance, code compliance, lenders) as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time, generally Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Emergency On Call (evenings and weekends) required as needed
• Overtime may be needed for emergencies, evenings, weekends, and holidays
