Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily practice.
• Assist customers in managing payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
