Job summary

Harris Teeter Floater Pharmacist (Modified Hours) supports multiple store locations. You will perform pharmacist duties, supervise technicians, immunize patients, counsel customers, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with a PharmD or B.Pharm, immunization certification, CPR, and strong communication skills to maintain safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Immunization through APhA and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Be dedicated to the overall pharmacy department success by executing strategy and motivating staff as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Perform all functions of a pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team; handle customer complaints.
• Fulfill customer prescription needs with a focus on accuracy.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with local, state and federal laws.
• Provide direct patient clinical services, including immunizations and medication therapy management.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians when acting as the pharmacist-on-duty.
