Job summary

You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to lift up to 50–70 lbs. A valid driver’s license and bilingual ability (Spanish) are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in more than one language (Spanish a plus).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally; full physical ability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix per specs.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
