Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work in Williston, ND. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend paint and related products to meet those needs. You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, and help with deliveries to support store goals.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and teamwork in a retail environment. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and inventory records.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
