FRSTeam of Utah is seeking a high-energy, hands-on operations leader to unify our multi-location dry cleaning stores and drive outstanding service across all locations.

You will mentor teams, enforce policies, monitor key metrics, coordinate pickup/delivery logistics, and partner with franchise leadership on growth initiatives and special projects. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses.
• Proven leadership and team development.
• Detail-oriented with focus on customer experience and efficiency.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

• Comfortable using tech and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members across all locations to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent service.
• Lead customer service excellence—support front-line teams in creating memorable customer experiences.
• Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring operational consistency and accountability across all stores.
• Monitor and maintain key performance metrics, including production efficiency, turnaround time, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate logistics for pickup/delivery routes, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations.
• Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively, always looking for process improvements.
• Work directly with the leadership team on strategy, growth initiatives, and special projects.
