Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking an Office Manager to lead accounting and HR activities for one or more locations. You will oversee payroll, hiring, onboarding, and financial reporting while promoting excellent customer service and a team-driven environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/business/finance or equivalent, 2–3 years of related experience, and strong communication and MS Excel skills. On-site position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two to three years in a similar accounting position.
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of HR, finance and bookkeeping principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, email).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting and HR activities for one or more locations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee relations with managers.
• Prepare month-end accounting processes and internal reports.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and safety-related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.
