Job summary

First Western Bank is seeking a Maintenance Manager to work hands-on across six locations in Northwest Arkansas. You will perform minor repairs and coordinate with external vendors for larger projects, while assisting with bids and maintaining rapport with suppliers.

You will also transfer inter-office mail, manage branch supplies, and drive to branches to deliver items and shop for materials. A company vehicle and cell phone are provided; a valid driver’s license and good driving record are

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience coordinating with outside vendors on repairs or maintenance.
• Ability to assist with bids for repair projects and manage basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance repairs (bulbs, locks, furniture) as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs and projects.
• Assist with bidding processes for repair work.
• Transfer inter-office mail between branches daily and manage branch supplies.
• Drive to Northwest Arkansas locations to deliver items and procure supplies; schedule vehicle maintenance.
