Job summary

National Low T Clinic is seeking an energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing wellness team. This full-time role supports multiple clinic locations across Tennessee, performing phlebotomy, injections, rooming patients, and documenting in Athena EMR with a strong emphasis on patient safety and exceptional care.

The ideal candidate has an active Tennessee LPN license, solid phlebotomy skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license in good standing.
• Positive, energetic, and friendly personality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive.
• Confident with blood draws (phlebotomy) and injections.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Administer injections accurately and safely.
• Assist providers with patient care and procedures.
• Review and document patient information in Athena EMR.
• Maintain medication inventory and documentation.
• Verify medication lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans.
• Monitor patients during treatments and injections.
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms and clinic cleanliness.
• Support clinic operations across multiple locations when needed.
