National Low T Clinic is seeking an energetic, positive, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with patients, and is confident performing phlebotomy, administering injections, and providing exceptional patient care.
This position may provide coverage across our five clinic locations and requires flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

Active Tennessee LPN license in good standing
Positive, energetic, and friendly personality
Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive during slower periods
Confident and experienced with blood draws and injections
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

Comfortable learning new treatments, medications, and protocols

Responsibilities
Room patients and obtain vital signs
Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
Administer injections accurately and safely
Assist providers with patient care and procedures
Review and document patient information in Athena EMR
Maintain accurate medication inventory and documentation
Verify medication lot numbers and expiration dates
Assist with patient education regarding treatment plans
Monitor patients during treatments and injections
Answer phones and assist with scheduling as needed
Maintain exam rooms and clinic cleanliness
Support clinic operations across multiple locations when needed

Requirements
Active Tennessee LPN license
Strong phlebotomy skills required
Experience administering injections required
Previous outpatient, wellness, hormone, or primary care experience preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations
Ability to work occasional Saturdays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
