Job summary

MCK Group seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 5-6 gas station and convenience-store locations across Hartwell and Lavonia, Georgia, and Seneca, South Carolina. You will ensure efficient operations, high standards, and profitability while staffing locations and coaching Store Managers.

Ideal candidates have multi-unit management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to review sales, inventory, and labor performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• Gas station/convenience store/retail or restaurant management background.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to review sales, inventory, labor, and financial performance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of 5-6 locations in Hartwell, Lavonia and Seneca.
• Supervise, coach, and hold store managers accountable for results.
• Visit locations regularly to ensure cleanliness, service, merchandising and standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, expenses and overall profitability.
• Control inventory shortages, cash discrepancies, waste and shrink.
• Assist with recruiting and training managers and staff.
• Review schedules and manage labor costs; ensure pricing and displays are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulations.
• Address operational issues promptly and communicate with ownership.
• Support implementation of new procedures, promotions and improvements.
