Job summary

Half Price Auto Repair & Performance is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our growing Phoenix-area network. You will travel between locations with a company vehicle and gas card, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvements with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have broad maintenance knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to tackle tile, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep

Qualifications

• Candidates should be a problem solver with the ability to assess issues on location and complete repairs without constant supervision.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair/maintenance projects across locations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with varied tasks across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs at multiple locations.
• Tile and grout repair and replacement.
• Interior and exterior painting; drywall patching and repairs.
