Job summary

Supplyone Inc. is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations for multiple locations in Massachusetts.

The role reports to the CFO and will eventually oversee monthly closes and financial reporting for three locations, ensuring accuracy, controls, and timely information for decision-makers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience with GL, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage general ledger for assigned locations and ensure accuracy and timely closures.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and improve close processes across multiple sites.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and other period-end activities.
• Produce timely financial statements and management reports; communicate trends and variances to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Strengthen internal controls and assist with audits and regulatory compliance.
