West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, team-oriented salon environment. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach how to use tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
