West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our brand in a dynamic salon environment. This entry-level role offers a starting pay with commission opportunities and a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, educating customers on tanning practices, and maintaining a clean salon. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings.
