Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Chino, CA seeks enthusiastic individuals for an entry‑level sales/customer service role. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with a competitive commission and bonus structure, plus benefits like health, vision, dental insurance, a 401(k), and free tanning memberships.

A welcoming, team‑oriented environment with growth opportunities awaits. You will meet daily/weekly sales goals, educate customers on tanning services and retail items, maintain a clean salon, handle opening/closing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing the business shifts.
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to their rooms and show how to use tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
