Stella Spiking - State Farm Agent in Kearney, MO is seeking a dedicated Multi-Line Representative to join our close-knit team. This full-time role offers license reimbursement, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and performance-based bonuses.

You will build relationships with clients across multiple product lines, understand their needs, and support daily office operations. The position emphasizes growth, integrity, and community involvement, with opportunities for advancement.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years with State Farm Corporate and also gained experience as an agency team member. I’m a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing, married to my college sweetheart, and a proud mom of three boys. We also have a friendly office dog, Flynn, our Shih Tzu, who brings a little extra fun to the workday!

Giving back is important to our agency. We proudly support local nonprofits and stay actively involved with our local schools and community throughout the year.
