Job summary

Stella Spiking - State Farm Agent in Kearney, MO seeks an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, while proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will help with policy changes, process insurance claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance as part of a collaborative team.

I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years with State Farm Corporate and also gained experience as an agency team member. I’m a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing, married to my college sweetheart, and a proud mom of three boys. We also have a friendly office dog, Flynn, our Shih Tzu, who brings a little extra fun to the workday!
