Michael Snyder State Farm seeks a Multiline Representative to assist customers with needs-based insurance options and cross-sell across auto, home, and life lines. You’ll build lasting relationships in the St. George community, handle inquiries, process documentation, and support daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
