Cody Willis - State Farm Agent in Springfield, OR is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing agency team as a client services coordinator. You will help develop relationships with customers across product lines, support daily office operations, and participate in community marketing efforts to raise awareness.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to obtain or maintain state insurance licenses.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

I launched my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in retail business management, building my career around serving others and leading teams. I studied Business Management at Lane Community College and am married with four children. Outside of work, my family enjoys board games, bike rides, camping, and spending time outdoors.
