Brian Lane - State Farm Agent in West Columbia, TX is seeking a motivated teammate to help clients, understand their needs, and grow the agency across multiple product lines.

You’ll support daily operations, build relationships, and participate in community marketing while maintaining accurate records and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.

I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a high school football coach, an experience that shaped my approach to leadership, accountability, and teamwork. I'm a proud Texas A&M graduate, married with three grown children and three grandchildren, and enjoy golfing and hunting in my free time. Giving back is important to our agency.
