Paul Cleveland - State Farm Agent in Houston, TX, is seeking a motivated team member to support customer relationships and insurance product information. This role offers a collaborative, supportive office culture with opportunities for advancement and licensing reimbursement.

You will help develop client relationships, handle documentation, scheduling, and community marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records and delivering consistent service. A license is preferred or can be obtained.

About our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2021, and today our team includes five members working together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in the oil industry, which helped shape my work ethic and appreciation for strong teamwork and accountability.

I attended Texas A&M and am married with two daughters who keep life busy outside the office. Family is important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the agency. I believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and given the space to succeed.

Our office culture is laid back, positive, and fun. I’m not a micromanager, and I trust my team to take ownership of their roles.
