Seth Lubbers State Farm Agent is hiring a Multiline Representative to help customers protect what matters most. You'll build relationships, explain product options across our lines, and deliver trusted service with integrity.

Based in Sioux Falls, you’ll join a team that emphasizes community involvement, ongoing training, and clear growth paths. You will develop lasting client connections, assist with account management, and support local marketing efforts to expand awareness.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
