Job summary

Willoughby Insurance Agency, Inc. in Norristown, PA is seeking a Multiline Representative to help clients across life, property, and casualty lines. You will listen to customer needs, explain available product options, and build lasting relationships within the local community.

You will contribute to a team focused on service excellence, accuracy, and proactive outreach. Prior insurance experience and license eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
