Job summary

Jonathan Duncan State Farm Agency in Phoenixville seeks a Multiline Representative to help customers protect what matters most. You will listen to needs, share product information across lines, and build lasting relationships in the community.

You will support daily office operations, assist with marketing, and ensure accurate records, while growing your career in a supportive, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance is preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities
