Dan Dougherty - State Farm Agent is seeking a Multiline Representative to join a small, community-focused agency. The role focuses on helping clients understand and select the right insurance products while building lasting relationships.

You will support daily office operations, contribute to local marketing efforts, and ensure accurate record keeping with a high standard of customer care. The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, and eager to grow within a high-performing team that values

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my first agency in 2008 and expanded with a second office in 2025. Today, I lead a team of 12 across both locations. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Corporate Finance. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to build my own business and have greater control over my future.

I'm a graduate of both the University of Delaware and Villanova University, married, and a proud father of three. Giving back is important to our team, and we're proud to support organizations including our local food bank and the Autism Society of Delaware.
