Devyn Vance - State Farm Agent in Harrisburg, SD is seeking a motivated team member to proactively identify client needs, present relevant product options, and build strong relationships across multiple lines. You will support scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to move opportunities, assist with marketing and outreach, and maintain detailed CRM records to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Licensing to sell insurance is required or can be started immediately.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication in writing and speaking.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer service experience or administrative support preferred.
• Obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses (or start licensing).

Responsibilities

• Support sales workflows by handling scheduling, documentation, and timely follow-ups to keep opportunities moving.

• Maintain detailed, accurate CRM and customer records to ensure consistent communication and a high-quality customer experience.
• Partner with the sales and office team to meet monthly goals, improve processes, and support overall revenue objectives.
