Job summary

At Randy Wagner - State Farm Agent in Cincinnati, OH, we’re seeking a motivated individual to join our busy insurance and financial services office. You will help customers understand their needs, build relationships, and support daily office operations while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented environment.

I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in factory automation and industrial sales before deciding to pursue the opportunity to own my own business. I'm an Ohio State graduate, and insurance truly runs in the family - my wife is an independent insurance agent, and our son works alongside her.
