Annaise Swearingen - State Farm Agent is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual to help develop business leadership skills while learning the insurance side of the business.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and build long-lasting customer relationships under guidance from an experienced agent, gaining sales, marketing, and agency management exposure to prepare for a potential State Farm career.

Qualifications

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer

• Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain)
