Jane Thackrey - State Farm Agent in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Multiline Representative who can build relationships, explain products, and serve the community with care.

You will develop client relationships across multiple lines, support daily office operations, participate in marketing, and help customers protect what matters most. A friendly, detail-oriented team player with good communication fits well.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
