Qualifications

• Understand the manufacturing process and daily production operations.
• Maintain quality criteria and safety standards.
• Basic measurement and inspection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate all press room equipment and maintain run rates and quality.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for SPC and quality systems.
• Utilize Plexus software for operations tracking and data entry.
• Demonstrate understanding of material traceability including tags and heat numbers.
• Operate a hi-lo and/or overhead crane in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow 5S practices and keep workspace clean and efficient.
• Identify and respond to safety concerns to maintain zero-injury environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
