The ideal candidate is a safety-first manufacturing professional committed to delivering high-quality results through efficient, multi-machine operation.

Job Description

• Operate all press room equipment and maintain established run rates and quality standards.
• Use micrometers (standard, depth, bore), calipers, and gages to perform SPC charting and maintain quality systems.
• Utilize Plexus software for operations tracking and data entry.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of material traceability, including tags and heat numbers.
• Operate a hi-lo and/or overhead crane in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strictly adhere to quality systems and follow formal deviations only when directed by supervision or quality technicians.
• Uphold 5S standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
• Actively identify and respond to safety concerns to maintain a zero-injury environment.
• All other duties assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Press operators will have an understanding of the manufacturing process, daily operation, material handling, quality criteria, safety issues, trouble shooting ability.
• High school diploma/ GED is required.
