Job summary

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor various production machinery, including presses, furnaces, and finishing equipment.
  • Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products.
  • Perform routine quality checks on parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality deviations to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as required.
