The Atlantic District in Danville, PA is seeking a Multi-line Insurance Agent who values honest communication and personal service. You will build long-term relationships with local families and businesses, guiding them through protection options beyond just policies and premiums.

You'll work in a collaborative, detail-oriented office that emphasizes client relationships, ongoing learning, and community presence. A PA license and strong sales/comms skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Valid Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain insurance concepts plainly.
• Proficiency with agency management software and typical computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs by conducting thorough discovery calls and risk assessments.
• Design tailored insurance programs that protect families and businesses across Danville.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients to keep coverage aligned with life changes.
• Proactively reach out to the local community to educate on comprehensive protection.
