Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Multi-Line Claim Consultant (BI) in Scottsdale, AZ, offering a hybrid schedule after training. You will manage bodily injury claims for a dedicated Waste Management account, handling investigations, evaluation, negotiations, and resolution while delivering client-focused service.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-line experience in bodily injury and litigation, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-line experience in Bodily Injury and Litigation.

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury and multi-line claims in accordance with applicable laws, client requirements, and CCMSI standards.
• Establish and manage claim reserves within assigned authority levels.
• Review and authorize claim-related expenses, invoices, and payments, resolving billing disputes as needed.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations, hearings, and other litigation-related proceedings as appropriate.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors, including defense counsel, surveillance providers, and other claim service partners.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to maximize claim recoveries.
• Maintain timely and accurate claim documentation and provide status reports to clients and management.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders throughout the life of the claim.
• Manage a complex caseload for a dedicated Waste Management account with minimal supervision.
• Support client service initiatives and participate in training, presentations, or claim reviews as needed.

Job Summary

The Multi-Line Claim Consultant manages bodily injury claims for a dedicated Waste Management account, overseeing investigations, claim evaluation, negotiations, and resolution. Compensation & Compliance

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good‑faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
